Thyme ct Thymol is anti-bacterial, antifungal, anti-infectious, mucolytic and a mental stimulant. It is commonly used for general infection, influenza, tonsillitis, infectious disease and sinusitis. Also used for rheumatism, sciatica, asthma and pulmonary diseases. Mentally it is used for mental strain, stress, anxiety and depression.
Pine Scotchhas a clean and fresh aroma – pine is known to also support the respiratory system, good for asthma, bronchitis and sinusitis, also has expectorant properties. It is cleansing and clearing very antiseptic in the air. The main properties are monoterpenes with a small amount each of alcohols, esters and sesquiterpenes
Litsea, a bright fresh lemony aroma – Litsea is up to 75% aldehydes. Aldehydes are known to be antiviral. Litsea is a bronchodilator, supportive of the respiratory system.
Lavender True, a sweet, floral, mildly herby aroma a very good oil to bring an aroma together. Lavender is known as the best all-around helper! Beneficial for bronchitis, coughs and sinusitis. The main components are esters and alcohols – but has a bit of everything!
Star anise has a sweet aniseed aroma, Star anise is known for its antibacterial and expectorant properties, helpful for bronchitis and catarrh. The main components are Methyl ethers and monoterpenes, also with a bit of everything else!
Method Of Use
Use 4-6 drops in a vaporiser.
