Our Reflexology Foot Lotion is a blend of Peppermint, Spearmint and Cypress Essential Oils, it is a cooling, moisturising foot balm for tired feet, making them refreshed and revitalized.

Help look after your feet with our Pre-Blended Nurture Essential Oils. Try using 3-5 drops in a foot bath reflexology massage base cream - The Nurture Rest Essential Oil Blend would be perfect to rest tired aching feet! 

Or To create a soothing foot soak just mix 1/4 cup of Epsom salt into a bowl of warm water and add 4-5 drops of one of our Pre-Blended Nurture Essential Oils.

Spearmintis refreshing and uplifting, it will leave your feet feeling clean and fresh whilst helping fight dermatitis.
