This Essential Oil is a pale yellow liquid with a sweet aniseed aroma – hints of pepper and spice.

Fennel Sweet is a pretty herb that grows up to 2 metres high with feathery leaves and golden flowers, the essential oil is distilled from the light brown seeds. There are two different varieties sweet and bitter. Bitter is native to the Mediterranean region which grows in numerous locations such as, France, Spain, Portugal and North Africa. Sweet native to Malta, having been introduced by Monks, it is mainly grown in France, Italy and Greece.
