Get your greens! Spinach oil really is a thing…who knew! I have had so much fun this month exploring, trialling and using this fantastic carrier oil, and now I would like to share this with you.
The seeds of Spinacia Oleracea are gently pressed to create this super-skin food oil, ensuring no nutrients, vitamins, fatty acids, and omega oils are lost during the extraction process. This extraction process is highly sustainable because there is minimal chemical use and is produced using zero-waste formulations. Spinach seed oil is produced from leftovers of other manufacturing processes, such as juice and jam production, contributing towards a greener and cleaner planet.
Rich in essential fatty acids, antioxidants, minerals and a whole host of vitamins including vitamins C, B, and A which are ideal for maintaining a good skin health.
It’s easy to see why it is found in various skin care, hair care and personal care formulas.
Spinach Seed Oil may help maintain the youth of your skin and slow down age-related degeneration, making your skin look younger and rejuvenated, and can play an important role in the repair as well as the growth of skin cells. This fantastic oil has been said to help minimise acne, bruising on the skin and dark circles under the eyes, thus maintaining healthy skin and improving skin tone.
Our skin is the largest organ of the body making spinach a great oil to add into any massage oil or cream to help keep the body relaxed and stress-free. With its anti-inflammation properties, it’s also a wonderful oil for aches and pains. I have had so many interested comments in my recent blends when using this for my customers.
Like all cold-pressed seed oils Spinach will help you maintain healthy hair. I also like to blend our Spinach with our other cold pressed oils, such as Cabbage (watch this space – it will be guesting soon!) Avocado and Carrot to really create a super-power blend of veggie oils bursting with Vitamins!

Hi I have just purchased Spinach seed oil. Is this okay to use on its own without essential oil before bedtime? I do occasionally use jojoba on my face.
Thanks
