🌟 Mix 3 drops of essential oil with every 10ml of base product or carrier oil.
🌸 For a reed diffuser, consider using a mix of almond and grapeseed oil.

Used to help children sleep, exam anxiety and general stress. Ellie also takes this scent with her when travelling to remind of home and help unwind when in a different place or travelling.

Kayleigh's at home scent
Originally used as a bath blend to help ease muscles but quickly became my absolute favourite scent to diffuse around the house – floral, sweet but slightly medicinal, which I love!. I find this blend really helps to relax and destress myself especially if I have a bit of anxiety/ nervousness. It is still my go-to bubble bath blend as well. Add some Sandalwood to help with sleep. I Usually pop 2 drops of each in an oil burner with water which will not be too overpowering.
