How to Use

• Leg Doctor: Use every evening or when needed. Apply to the feet and lower legs daily, ideally before getting out of bed to help support the circulation and prevent ‘heavy legs’. Massage upwards towards the groin for best effects and repeat when needed throughout the day.

  Stretch Mark Saviour: Use every day morning and night to help prevent stretching of the skin. Apply to the stomach, upper arms, thighs, lower back, and buttocks to give maximum protection.
