Lavandin Super is purported to reduce nervous debility, listlessness and nervous tension (Price and Price, 2011), and reduce hysteria and lack of nerve.
Melissa was revered in the 15th Century by Paracelsus as a remedy for ‘all complaints supposed to proceed from a disordered state of the nervous system’. The most commonly indicated uses are to reduce anxiety, stress and excitability.
Cornmint has similar properties to Peppermint Essential Oil Cornmint has a stimulating effect and helps to relieve nervous headaches.
Basil ct Linalool in traditional folk medicine, the dried leaves of European basil have been ground and used as a snuff for achieving mental clarity and focus (Garland, 2004).
Use 4-6 drops in the bath or vaporiser.
(Always mix in with bath foam or a suitable carrier when using in the bath.)
