Time for Tranquillity Inhalation Oil: Instils calm and relaxation to help in aiding in a good night's sleep, with Lavender, Geranium, Ylang Ylang and Neroli Essential Oils. This beautiful oil can be used pre or post-pregnancy if you are finding it hard to switch off, feeling overwhelmed and anxious or in need of a good night's sleep.

Sleepy Baby Inhalation Oil: A calming and soothing aid in helping baby off to sleep and maintaining a peaceful “happy dreams” filled rest. How to Use

Relax & Sleep: Add a small amount, roughly the size of a 50p piece, to warm running water & soak for at least 10 minutes so the essential oils can take effect.

Firm & Fabulous: Use every morning & night to help tone & firm the skin. Apply to the stomach, upper arms, thighs, lower back & buttocks to give maximum benefits. Massage gently into the skin until absorbed.

Inhalation OIls: Use 2-3 drops of Vitality Mummy Inhalation Oil on a tissue or handkerchief and inhale throughout the day. Blissful Bathtime: Apply a small amount into warm running water & allow it to disperse. Always check the water temperature before placing your baby into the bath. Use a gentle sponge to wash over the skin. Avoid eye contact.
