An introduction to the seven Chakras, the Sanskrit name for energy-circles in the body, explaining their meanings, colours, shapes and positions in the body. Meridians will also be explained and practically explored. Learn about different crystals and their healing effects on the body, especially via ÔAura CleansingÕ.
