Use the hydrolat to clean away any of the remaining mask and allow to dry naturally. Repeat this every evening before retiring to bed.
Eczema - Blend 10mls of geranium hydrolat with 30mls of aqueous cream. Massage well into the affected areas at least twice a day.
Psoriasis - Soak cotton cloth with warmed geranium hydrolat and apply as compresses to the affected areas of the body. Leave for at least 30 minutes. After removing the compresses, pat the skin dry and rub away any flakes of skin that have been loosened by the treatment. Apply the eczema blend to complete the treatment, at least twice per day.
Tired skin - Take 20mls of geranium hydrolat with 100mls of warm water on a daily basis. Use the hydrolat as a freshener and toner after cleansing the face and before applying moisturiser. Even better effects can be had if 10mls of geranium hydrolat is added to 50mls of your normal moisture cream.
